An Invitation to Sing at St. Francis

Chris Bono

A note from Chris Bono: I have been the organist at St. Francis for the past twenty years, and music director for the past two years. If you are interested in singing in the choir, learning more about music, and having a great time, please consider joining our choir! We've already begun Advent and Christmas music, so now is the perfect time to join us You don't have to be able to read music to join, you just have to be able to sing a little. We always welcome new members, so please consider sharing your singing talents with us at Mass. We rehearse Thursday evenings at 7:00. Feel free to call me if you have questions at 540-447-4447.

Below are links to a Mass setting that we will be singing starting in September--and you already know part of it, the Gloria. It is from the Heritage Mass composed by Owen Alstott, and our St. Francis choir has recorded parts so that you have an opportunity to become familiar with it.
