Mary’s House and St. Gerard ministry join forces

Thanks to the outstanding leadership of Kristi Walsh and Lisa Olshove, Mary’s House has served pregnant women within our local community for the past five years. Since January, several area mothers have been assisted with material resources. St. Gerard’s ministers with prayers, meals, and spiritual support to our parish family of expectant moms, those hoping to be mothers, and those who have tragically lost a child. This month we held a blessing shower to help one of our parish moms prepare for labor and delivery. Please pray for our continued success as we transition these two loving ministries into one—to become the community outreach of St. Francis’s Respect Life Ministry, offering life-affirming services to all pregnant mothers—with Christian love and practical solutions, long-term friendships, and a witness to the infinite mercy and healing love of God.
